This was the sweater I knitted for KA in March. It was a quick knit since I was using size 6mm knitting needles. The pattern is only available in Icelandic at the moment (Gróf Flóra barnapeysa – Sunna María (sunnamaria.is))

The yarn I used was one thread of Filcolana Peruvian in 215 Carrot and one of Holst Titicaca in Apricot. I loved knitting with this combo! KA chose the colours herself and was very excited about it when I was knitting it, then of course as soon as it was finished she wasn’t as excited to wear it. But it will be perfect for those cold Icelandic summers.

The pattern isn’t complicated, it is a top down sweater so I could easily knit both the body and the sleeves at the same time (my favourite way of knitting sweaters!).
