Kiasma was one of the museum that was on my bucket list so it was fun to go and see it. Kiasma is a contemporary art museum close by the train station here in Helsinki. I thought it was time to finally go and see it since I have walked past it so many times!

Yes, that is glitter that was thrown on the floor. There were strict instruction not to touch or blow at the art.
Some of the exhibitions were amazing whilst other not so fantastic. There was for example several long videos which are quite tricky because it isn’t fun starting in the middle and there weren’t really any seats. So it was hard to watch them from start to finish. I found the architecture of the building breathtakingly beautiful. However, it made it quite hard to realize what we had already seen and if there had been some things we missed.

I am not sure if I would visit Kiasma again, maybe if they had an exhibition that I really wanted to see. But it was fun to see it and I do think everyone going to Helsinki should at least go once to see it, if only to see how gorgeous the building is from the inside.
