March was quite a busy month!
We went to see a children’s play with KA and friends and it was fun! I am surprised that she managed to watch an entire play. University went on full blast and I had to start handing in assignments and working on that more. I made an amazing passion fruit ice cream and I think I need to start making more ice cream again.
I also wanted to focus a bit more inwards and how I feel during different times during my menstrual cycle so that has been interesting! I think it will be interesting to see how I can change things by just following the cycle. Maybe nothing changes and that’s just how it is 🙂
The weather was very fickle and then we got tons of snow, I was really hoping March would bring spring!
What is my main focus for March
No more rants! Having a rant free month forced me to look more inwards and to make myself more accountable for my feelings and thoughts. It is so easy getting just continuously caught up in ranting/venting. Of course you need to rant/vent sometimes but I feel like I was stuck in an endless loop of being annoyed and venting, being annoyed and venting. Instead I focused on just brushing things off this month, which helped with not getting stuck in these feelings. I am not saying certain things that I used to rant/vent about weren’t annoying me still but I tried not to have it impact me more than I wanted it to impact my life.
What are my top 3 goals for March
