WIP Wednesday #5

,

So it has been awhile since I did a WIP Wednesday. I stopped doing them because I was not happy with the projects I was working on and I felt there wasn’t any progress and that annoyed me tremendously!

Right now I am flying through the projects and keep on forgetting to take pictures so I want to start writing about the projects more and take pictures!

So these are the projects I have on my needles at the moment!

Sunshine on the Path Shawl

The pattern calls for super fine yarn but I wanted to make it chunky! I like knitting it, this is the second time I started on the pattern. I was about 50% done but I didn’t like the yarn I used then so I frogged it.

Yarn: Kaos Chunky Andean Wool – MAGNIFICENT

December blanket

I’ve been knitting this for over a year! I know, I know. But I will finish it this year!

Yarn: Holst Supersoft and Holst Titicaca

Ibsen Sweater

I think this will be the April sweater, but I do need to start knitting it a bit more! It is a super simple sweater and

Yarn: Holst Supersoft in Elderberry and Holst Titicaca in Purple Rose!

Mini Magic Toadstool socks

I need to frog the toe and start with the foot of the sock again. The colour work is from Stoneknit but I am trying to make a mini version of them! I know that if I focus on these it won’t take me too long to finish them.

Yarn: Handdyed sock yarn, Holst supersoft.

Raja Sweater

This is the sweater I plan on finishing in March!

Yarn: Filcolana Pernilla in pink and later some grey Kambgarn

Lopi Laptopcase

This is one of those projects that I think will be a quick knit but in reality it will take some time! There is no pattern just something I made up!

Yarn: random lopi.

At the moment I have 6 projects going on but I want to have around 4-5. I don’t think I will have finished anything before next Wednesday but I am not going to cast on anything new either!

  2. […] So in the last WIP I said I wouldn’t cast on anything new. Well that was a lie. I also said that I wasn’t going to do a test knit this year. Another lie! But I did buy more organization bags so it is fiiiiiine. […]
