I get like yarn obsessions and at the moment I basically only want to knit with Kaos Yarn Chunky Andean wool. I finished a sweater and I needed to cast on the Sunshine on the Path Shawl again and I only gravitated towards Kaos! It is like knitting a cloud! LOVE IT!

New Cast-ons January:

• Sweater for KA – with leftover Holst Tides. I started on it
• Sunshine on the Path Shawl – got some new yarn for it, Kaos Yarn Chunky Andean!

Bind-off January:

• Sweater for KA! – It was a quick knit when I figured out the pattern.

I have two knitting goals for 2024! The first is that I am going to finish a sweater every month! 12 sweaters (doesn’t matter what size sweater, doll sweaters count as well!). And the second one is that I also want to finish 24 projects in 2024 (including the 12 sweaters).

I have finally decided on a project with some of the left over lopi and I will start on that in February. I just need to think about the design a bit more before I cast on.

I am actually very happy with what I managed to use up with yarn in January and I can see myself do the same in February! I feel also that every time I go through my yarn I think of things I want to knit and then start on them and use the yarn that I have, instead of forgetting about it in some box!
