I knitted quite a lot in November!

New Cast-ons November:

Sunshine on the Path Shawl – started with double thread of Holst Tides.

Mini Magic Toadstool socks – One sock done, still need to fix it.

Cast-off November:

Magic Toadstool Socks by Stone Knits – always fun!

Snowfall Sweater Scarf – Done and will be sent away soon!

The WIPs:

December blanket – haven’t worked on it at all!

Ibsen Sweater – This is the one I have in my bag and knit when I have a few minutes to spare. So it is going slowly but going.

Test knit Kaos – working on it!

Test knitting dress for KA – I’ve just got a couple of rows left!

Yarn status:

One big change to my table. I decided that when new yarn comes in (so yarn that I have recently bought and is being added to my stash) will go into a separate section of the table. My main goal for this challenge is to use up older yarn in my stash and not to have yarn lying around for years.

Holst Titicaca	29 gr	–	–		I haven’t use this, I will use it as an extra thread with something.
Holst Tides	17 gr	320 gr	–		Started a new shawl with double thread of Tides. The pattern calls for 200 grams so I might need to buy more yarn! The weight is the same since I haven’t finished the shawl.
Scheepjes – Stone Washed – yellow	57 gr	–	–		Plan to make a crown headband for KA
Filcolana – Pernilla – pink	63 gr		–		Haven’t used this, I have no plans at the moment for this yarn.
Sept 2023 yarn
Filcolana – Arwette – dark red/purple	–	9 gr	–		Haven’t used it at all
Sandnes Garn – Duo – light blue	–	135 gr	–		Haven’t used it. Don’t know what I will knit out of it.
Nov 2023 yarn
Holst Coast: Ivory			10 gr	+ 10 gr	Leftovers from the Snowfall Sweater Scarf
Total weight	980 gr	1509 gr	1 302 gr	– 190 gr

December goals:

So my November goals were:

• Finish socks and cast on the next pair. Done
• Finish test knit dress. Almost
• Finish Snowfall Sweater Scarf. Done
• Finish test knit sweater. No

Pretty good!

I don’t want to set myself knitting goals for December! I am just going to knit what I feel like knitting! I am quite happy seeing that I am finally using up my yarn stash. It feels really good, and makes me want to knit more!
