My Bullet Journal – October

I mentioned in my September Bullet Journal post that I liked changing things around with my calendar and I have done that for this month as well. I needed more space for school deadlines so I added a deadline page. I felt it was quite useful and I am pretty sure I didn’t forget any assignments.Bullet Journal Deadlines

I continued with the middle page and I really enjoy it. It does bulk up the book a bit but it is so worth it. I did change a couple of things with my weekly layout. I continued with a week on one page. I really like being able to see the two weeks at the same time.

I also changed how I set up the week and the day. On one half I have all my appointments and classes and then on the other half, I have my to-do’s for the day. When I finished something on the to-do list on the right day I simply crossed it off with a highlighter (I used the same one for the month). If I didn’t finish it on the right day I wrote down the day when I finished it next to it. It helped me see what I could accomplish and also helped me schedule the week.

Bullet Journal to-do list

Setting the week on one page up like this helped me quite a lot with having enough space since I could write down both appointments and to-do lists.

To tie the week together with the to-do list I used the same Stabilo pen for both the date and header for the to-do list. I then also used the same colour to colour in the boxes when I finished the task.

That is it for today.
